Ashley was a key player and go-to guy at IBM in their Dispute Resolution team, resolving over 500 major disputes in the Australia/New Zealand region. His expertise then led him to SAP, where he spent 7½ years and during this time, he managed to untangle over 160 cases across Asia Pacific Japan and the United Kingdom and Ireland, solidifying his reputation as the ultimate problem-solver.
