Ben Price is the Managing Partner of Covantage Limited Pty. Covantage is a boutique Consulting company operating in the Travel, Expense, and Invoice areas of technology. Prior to Covantage, Ben was the Chief Operating Officer for SAP Concur. He was responsible for all parts of the customer journey with a highlighted focus on Outcomes, Utilisation and Customer Storytelling. Ben has held many senior leadership roles in Customer Engagement and Success Consulting areas during his SAP career. His immediately preceding role was as SAP APJ Chief Customer Officer. The role had leading indicators including Value Advisory Board, Customer Value Stories, and leading SAP efforts at customer success outcomes. With more than 25 years of business experience he enjoys driving customer interaction. Ben has continued to take on roles that maximise customer engagement. He has successful run change management program at scale. Ben is a passionate believer in the team of a team and is a keen enthusiast of the Design Thinking approach. 

Matthew Goss is a Managing Partner with Covantage, which is specialist SAP Concur consulting firm. Matthew previously spent 23 years with SAP Concur in senior management positions across the business. He started his career with Concur leading the regional SAP Concur consulting practice for where he oversaw all of the Concur projects delivered in the Asia Pacific Japan region. He then led SAP Concur Australia/ New Zealand business, and in his last role was appointed Senior Vice President leading SAP Concur in Asia Pacific Japan. Matthew is now focussed on working directly with Concur customers to ensure they achieve the maximum business value from their Concur solutions, from initial implementation through to optimisation projects.
