She has worked with many customers to provide guidance on innovative business and technical solutions to help organisations achieve their objectives and get value out of their investments. She is very passionate about helping customers achieve success. With her effective leadership skills, she has successfully led teams of architects and consultants on large digital transformation programs involving full business and technical platform transformations.

Recently becoming a first-time mum has made a big impact on Tara’s life as an SAP consultant. Tara is a single mum trying to navigate life and work and being successful at both. In this podcast she shares her vulnerabilities and challenges at returning to work and offers some advice on things that have worked for her such as building in a buffer for delivery timeline estimates, setting boundaries and continual focus on prioritisation of tasks.
